Probably since I broke every bone in one of my feet in 2015, I\u2019ve struggled with weight. Rising from a healthy 12st to very unhealthy 18st after healing from broken foot and then managing to start weight loss and calf restrengthening again back to 14st 12lbs by 2018 was great. However by January 2020 maybe not feeling particularly happy in 2019, I had ballooned back to 17st 11lbs by January 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mainly since then, due to starting running and getting more active, the weight is shifting considerably! That\u2019s from here to Australia and back!
